§ Mr. Rookerasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on progress made by the Inland Revenue since the House of Lords decision of 13 December 1979 in the case of Commissioners of Inland Revenue v Rossminster Ltd.
§ Mr. LawsonI understand that the Inland Revenue investigation into the affairs of the Rossminster Group is still in progress. Treasury Ministers do not, of course, intervene in the conduct of individual cases.
