Member for Holborn and St. Pancras, South, on 2 December, what is the figure for the cost of fees in respect of disposal of land no longer required and for fees incurred in the normal course of Property Services Agency business.
§ Mr. Heseltine[pursuant to his reply, 8 December 1980]: In 1979–80 expenditure by the Property Services Agency on consultants' fees in respect of disposal of land buildings no longer required—including disposals on the Defence estate—was £0.5 million. In 1980–81 it is estimated that the figure will be £1.0 million.
