Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland why the fees for the public use of records in the Northern Ireland public record office have been raised; what is the percentage increase in each of the items listed in Statutory Rules of Northern Ireland 1980 No. 288; and what has been the percentage increase in the cost of living index since fees were last increased.
