§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is satisfied that ratepayers in areas of proposed military developments have adequate opportunities for public discussion of the proposals of the Armed Services in order to be able to object to them.
§ Mr. FOXI am satisfied with the arrangements set out in paragraph 9 of DOE Circular 7/77, a copy of which I am sending to the hon. Member. If he is aware of any particular instance where these arrangements are not working satisfactorily, perhaps he would let me know.
