Which Governments have agreed to attend the summit conference in Mexico next June on economic relations between rich and poor states, and whether the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Commonwealth Relations will be attending the conference.
§ Lord CarringtonRepresentatives of the eleven co-sponsoring countries will meet in Vienna in March 1981 to decide on participation and other arrangements for the meeting, which is intended to be at Head of Government level. The United Kingdom expects to be invited and to attend the summit meeting.
