asked the Secretary of State for Industry whether, in view of increasing energy costs, he will renew the two-year programme of assistance for the insulation of buildings and improvement of boilers in business premises, which came to an end in January 1980.

There are no plans to renew the energy conservation scheme, entry to which closed on 30 June 1980.
