When the urgently needed legislation to restrict noise from exhaust of motorcycles is likely to be introduced.

My right honourable friend the Minister of Transport hopes to make regulations before the Summer Recess which will reduce the maximum permitted noise levels for motor-cycles manufactured on or after 1st October 1982.
