§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Energy what arrangements exist with the French Government for mutual advice or warning to populations in Northern France, Southern England, or the Channel Islands, of serious accidents in nuclear installations, on either side of 349W the Channel, which might result in the release of radioactive contaminants.
