asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether the Police Advisory Board's Working Party on the Special Constabulary will accept evidence from members of the public.

The PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY of STATE, HOME OFFICE (Lord Belstead)

The Working Party will welcome written evidence concerned with the expansion and increased effectiveness of the Special Constabulary. It should he sent to The Secretary of the Special Constabulary Working Party, Fl Division, Home Office, Queen Anne's Gate, London SW1H 9AT, by 30th June 1980. For reasons of economy, evidence will not be acknowledged unless specifically requested.
