§ The Prime MinisterHealth authorities are responsible for recruiting the staff they need. Training facilities are generally adequate but there are sometimes difficulties in attracting qualified nursing staff to dialysis work. Local campaigns are being planned to draw back to nursing those who have left the service and, by increasing the pool of qualified staff, these may help recruitment to dialysis units.
