§ Mr. Mark CarlisleMy Department's authorised staffing level will have been reduced from 2,736 in May 1979 to 2,428 by 1 April 1982. The number of staff actually in post fell from 2,678 on 1 May 1979 to 2,602 on 1 April 1980.
