§ Mr. David MitchellThe pursuit of joint ventures between computer companies within the EEC is primarily a matter for the commercial judgment of the companies themselves. The Government's role is to ensure that the overall economic climate in the United Kingdom is conducive to the healthy development of United Kingdom industry as a whole.
