§ Mr. Tilleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on the death in Brixton prison of Mr. David Logden.
§ Mr. BrittanMr. Logden was found dead in his cell on 30th March 1980. The police and the coroner were informed. The police are inquiring into Mr. Logden's death and until the outcome of those inquiries and the result of the inquest are known we can add nothing further.
