§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe arrangements for the transport of irradiated nuclear fuel by rail include procedures for expert assistance to be made available in the event of an accident or emergency involving a train carrying these materials. The police would also be notified as necessary. If, on the basis of expert advice, it was considered necessary for any warning to be given to the public, this would be given by the police.
