§ Mr. MonroThe Commission's estimated expenditure for 1979–80 is £18.675 million, of which it is estimated £12.3 million will be administered by the Council for Small Industries in Rural Areas. The functions of both bodies are to be reviewed by an inter-departmental group of officials.
