§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish, from the vital statistics of the Registrar-General for Scotland, the tables of the postcode sector line prints for Dundee district 415W for each of the past two available years showing (a) deaths by age and sex, (b) death by 12 selected causes-ICD B ' list—and, (c) births by age of mother, sex and parity, and social class.
§ Mr. FairgrievePostcode-based tables of vital statistics covering the whole of Scotland for 1974, 1975 and 1976 were designed to test the demand for data in this form and are available from the General Register Office for Scotland at a copying cost. Following a favourable reaction from users, arrangements are being made to produce similar tables for 1977 and 1978 in the near future.
