§ Mr. Robert Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Trade if, in view of the difficulties created for British bath manufacturers resulting from the current policy of an EEC manufacturer, which appears to contravene article 86 of the EEC Treaty, he will investigate this matter with a view to taking action in the Community.
§ Mr. ParkinsonThe United Kingdom industry concerned has submitted an application under article 86 of the Treaty of Rome to the European Commission, which is investigating the complaint.
