§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Minister for the Civil Service when he proposes to appoint a chairman of the Advisory Council for Applied Research and Development.
§ Mr. ChannonACARD is one of the organisations included in the current review of non-departmental bodies. No appointment will be made until that review is complete. Meanwhile the council continues to operate under its two deputy chairmen.
