Why Mr. Shan Sunder, a passenger who arrived at Heathrow Terminal 3 on 23rd July from Delhi, was removed to Delhi on 25th July; why the family of this passenger were told falsely on the evening of 24th July that he was to be removed to Dusseldorf for which he held a valid ticket; and on what grounds the immigration officer concluded that he would not have left the United Kingdom at the end of his visit if he had been admitted.
