§ Mr. WhitelawIn my reply to a question by the hon. Member for Ormskirk (Mr. Kilroy-Silk) on 30 October I stated that I had asked the regional director of the South-East region of the prison department to produce for me a comprehensive report on the incident in D wing of Wormwood Scrubs prison on 31 August—[Vol. 972, c. 462]. The report will cover the action taken by the board.
