§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe are reviewing the timing of schemes in the trunk road programme as part of our commitment to contain public expenditure. Until 835W this review is completed, I am unable to say what effect it will have on the North Circular Road. We shall be publishing our revised proposals in a White Paper in the new year.
