§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether he will seek to repeal section 10 of the Coal Industry Act 1977 in the legislation about to be presented to Parliament, in view of the fact that the private sector is more capable than the National Coal Board of extracting materials other than coal.
