§ Mr. Peter Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement concerning the level of prosecutions which have resulted from serving alcohol to minors in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. AlisonWhile, as the hon. Member will be aware, the actual number of prosecutions for this offence could be obtained only at disproportionate cost, all those concerned are alive to the fact that under-age drinking is a very real problem and the Chief Constable in particular is alert to the need to control it as effectively as he can.
