§ Mr. Mike Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is his estimate of the degree of under-finance to the Northern regional health authority as established by the Resource Allocation Working Party for 1980–81 under his current spending plans.
§ Dr. VaughanTarget allocations for 1980–81 have yet to be calculated but on present assumptions the region is likely to be between 6 and 7 per cent. below target.
