§ Mr. Goodhart[pursuant to his reply, 12 November 1979, c. 478]: The deficit on the Northern Ireland Housing Executive's general housing account for the year ended 31 March 1979 was £66.3 million. This represents a deficit of about £354 per dwelling for that year.
