§ Mr. Michael MarshallThe industrial relations unit of Warwick university was invited by the Post Office and the Council of Post Office Unions to monitor and evaluate their agreed two-year experiment in industrial democracy in the Post Office. The unit's report is confidential to the parties to that agreement. It is for them, and not my right hon. Friend, to decide whether the unit's report should be published.
