§ Mr. StanleyCopies of the consultation papers on the tenants' charter and the sale of council houses were sent with an invitation to comment to the authorities and organisations on the attached list. In addition, copies have been sent on request to a large number of individual authorities, organisations and members of the public. We asked for observations by 16 November, but the process of consultation will be a continuing one.
