§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take steps to issue guidance that where parents in Wales wish for the name signs outside Welsh language schools to be bilingual, local 344W will continue to be considered on its merits, but, by way of example, I would not be prepared to give commercial information which had been provided to my Department on the understanding that it would be treated as confidential.
