§ Mr. Neil MartenThe present programme was to provide up to £400,000 a year for two years, ending on 31 March 1980, and for financial reasons I cannot renew it. Other forms of aid are the Government training programme—£170,000 in 1979–80—which was not discontinued by the last Government, and the refugees' study awards programme—£2 million in 1979–80—which now covers 575 students.
