§ Mr. Gryllsasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what payments he is instructing the Scottish Development Agency to make to him in the financial year 1980–81 in reduction of the Agency's public dividend capital.
§ Mr. Alexander FletcherProvision enabling the Agency to make such payments is included in the Industry Bill. I have no immediate plans to require it to do so.
