§ Sir George YoungThe Act extends to Great Britain, and the following provisions, together with schedules 1 and 2 and parts of schedules 3 and 4 have been brought into force: sections 3, 8, 10–13, 17, 21, 22(4)-(6), 24, 26–27, 28(c)(ii), 29–31, 56 and 57, 58 (part), 59, 64 (part), 65, 67–69, 71–74, 76–77, 79, 81–94, 98–101, and 103–109. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and my right hon. Friend have not set dates for bringing the remaining provisions into force.
