§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI have reviewed the sorts of variations which occur between local authority schemes, and in particular I have taken note of the views which local authorities have themselves expressed on concessionary fares. I confirm that I have no present intention of introducing a nationwide scheme, but I shall continue to monitor the situation.
