§ Mr. Alexander FletcherThe detailed figures for Scottish programmes in 1980–81, including local authority expenditure, will be made available on 16 November when my right hon. Friend meets the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities.
The provisional allocations for capital expenditure on education in 1980–81, which have just been notified to local authorities, are as follows:
