§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make available his estimates of the effect of (a) the rise of value added tax to 15 per cent. and (b) the Clegg award recommendations on the National Health Service in Wales and the amount by which they are offset by further allocations from central Government in the financing of the National Health Service in Wales; and whether the result of such change is a gain or loss to the Exchequer.
