§ Mr. PrenticeNo. A widow who is not entitled to a widow's pension or whose widow's pension is insufficient for her needs may apply in the normal way for help by way of supplementary benefit. On the general question of entitlement to national insurance widow's benefit, I refer my hon. Friend to my reply to him on 1 November.
