§ Mr. Fosterasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he intends to continue the previous Government's support to the development commission and the council for small industries in rural areas so that the planned nursery factories in Teesdale will go ahead.
§ Mr. MonroThese factories have been delayed by difficulties over land acquisition but are expected to go ahead later this year or early in 1980.
