(2) if he will consider establishing a publicly accessible register detailing the ownership of all land, excluding that land owned by domestic owner-occupiers.
§ The Solicitor-GeneralThe Law Commission is currently reviewing the subject of land registration, including the question of public access to the register of title. My noble Friend will consider the question of a publicly accessible land register when he has received the Law Commission's recommendations.
