§ Mr. BrittanThe Parliamentary Boundary Commission for England is not required to inform us of the stages it has reached in its deliberations, nor does it do so. The Commission has published provisional recommendations in respect of six counties; namely, Cleveland, Essex. Lancashire, Northumberland, Nottinghamshire, Somerset. The statutory public consultations so far undertaken in respect of each are as follows:
