§ Mr. RifkindTwelve major improvement schemes on the A75 are programmed to start during the next six years. These include bypasses of Creetown, Annan, Glenluce, Gatehouse of Fleet and Castle Douglas. My right hon. Friend is reviewing this and other proposals which are within his field of responsibility.
