asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the average combined charge for water supply and sewage disposal in each water authority region in England and Wales for each year since 1974–75.

The actual combined average domestic charges for water supply, sewerage and environmental services in each water authority region in England and Wales in the years 1974–75 to 1978–79, and the expected average domestic charges for 1979–80 are as follows:

in England and Wales for each year since 1974–75; and what proportion was met from (a) metered industrial premises, (b) non-measured domestic premises and (c) non-measured, non-domestic premises.
