§ Mr. Fittasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he expects to make the appointments to the Belfast Harbour Board.
§ Mr. Carter, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 27 March 1979; Vol. 965, c. 164], gave the following answer:
I refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on 29 March. I cannot at mis stage put a firm date on the appointments, but I would like consultations to be completed as soon as possible.
