§ Mr. Clinton DavisUnited Kingdom law does not give artists the right to an interest in any resale of their works and the Whitford committee on copyright and designs law has recommended against the introduction of such a right, concluding that it is not necessarily fair or logical and that it is not practical. The report of that committee is at present under consideration.
