  • Cyprus
  • Ecuador
  • Egypt
  • Guinea Bissau
  • Honduras
  • Indonesia
  • Jordan
  • Kenya
  • Malawi
  • Malaysia
  • Mauritius
  • Nigeria
  • Pakistan
  • Peru
  • Philippines
  • Senegal
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Tanzania
  • Thailand
  • Tunisia
  • Venezuela
  • Vietnam
  • Zambia

Ten of these offers, amounting to £38.5 million, most of which would be spent over the next two years, have been accepted, or accepted in principle, by overseas Governments.
