§ Mr. HoramThis scheme was added to the trunk road preparation pool as recently as December last year. We hope to consult the public about alternative routes at the beginning of next year and, subject to the satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and to the availability of funds, we aim to start work in the mid-1980s. Construction will take about two years.
