§ Mr. Fittasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many tenants have had their rents reduced on appeal to the rent assessors under the Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 1978.
§ Mr. Carter,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 23 March 1979; Vol. 964, c. 793], gave the following reply:
By 2 March 1979, 341 tenants had their rents reduced by a rent assessment committee.
