§ Dr. John CunninghamTrials to test consumer reaction to the use of token meters are continuing. The results will be made available to the Policy Studies Institute, which has been appointed as consultant by the gas and electricity industries and consumer councils to carry out a longer term review of the code of practice on payment of domestic electricity and gas bills.
