Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when the 100 per cent. improvement grant for houses with a valuation below £60 was introduced in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. Carter, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 19 March 1979; Vol. 964, c. 502], gave the following information:
100 per cent. grants for the improvement and repair of privately-owned 669W houses of net annual value below £60 were introduced in Northern Ireland with effect from 1 October 1978.
