§ Mr. MeacherCouncil Regulation (EEC) no. 2133/78, of 8 September 1978, imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on kraft liner paper and board originating in the United States of America. The anti-dumping duty imposed is the amount by which any export price to the EEC is below the fair market price established in the regulation. Therefore, no imports are entering below the established fair market price. If United Kingdom producers have fresh evidence on the basis of which they wish the current anti-dumping duty to be revised, they should approach my Department as soon as possible with details. Test liner paper is not currently imported from the United States, as far as we are aware.
