§ Mr. Neubertasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the serious effects on trade through the port of Felixstowe and resultant loss of livelihood occasioned by the current work-to-rule by Her Majesty's Customs and Excise, he will sanction the issue of a waiver to allow goods to be cleared in advance of the examination of supporting paper-work.
