§ Mr. Anthony Grantasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what are the agreements concluded in the Council of Europe frame-work 84W which the Government are planning to sign or ratify during the present Session.
§ Dr. Owen, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 23 February 1979; Vol. 963, c. 368], gave the following answer:
I have to make a correction. The European Convention for the Protection of Animals during International Transport has already been ratified and it is a protocol to that convention which will be signed on 10 May.
